The person responsible for achieving sales targets by applying the 4x3 customer service protocol with each customer, as well as participating in meeting operational and administrative objectives in accordance with the company’s internal and external policies, to provide our customers with convenient and friendly service. OBJECTIVE: 1. Apply the 4x3 Customer Service Protocol promptly. 2. Move sales stock in optimal quantities. 3. Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating willingness and friendliness. 4. Achieve the sales target. 5. Fulfill the assigned task responsibilities. ACTIVITIES: * Report punctually at the scheduled time to the branch, wearing the proper uniform. * Clean and arrange displayed products. * Arrange, face, and rotate products. * Load and unload products. * Perform cross-selling. * Operate the point-of-sale system to issue invoices, quotations, sales reports, and manage inventory. * Display current promotional materials appropriately. * Demonstrate product features to customers. * Verify that products are in optimal condition. * Collect payment for each product purchased by the customer. * Prospect customers through leaflet distribution, email marketing, and call center activities. * Attend the company’s internal training courses to support career development plans. * Maintain the Color Center equipment in good working order and clean condition.
