The role entails ensuring proper talent attraction, development, and retention, as well as compliance with current labor regulations. The ideal candidate has solid experience in recruitment and selection, personnel administration, labor relations, and organizational development. Strong leadership, effective communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills are required, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple processes simultaneously. Experience managing operational staff, turnover control, implementation of retention strategies, and up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation will be highly valued.
