Strong leadership, effective communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills are required, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple processes simultaneously. Experience managing operational staff, turnover control, implementation of retention strategies, and up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation will be highly valued.
