




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with experience in supervising building maintenance work and knowledge of property coordination. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a: Maintenance Supervisor ### **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree / Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field (degree mandatory). ### **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in supervision and control of building maintenance work. ### **Knowledge & Skills:** Supervision and coordination of property maintenance and cleaning, schedule tracking, customer service, budget administration. Proficiency in Google Suite, advanced-level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), intermediate-level Smart Sheet or Project software, AutoCAD, and intermediate-level English.
