Leads and trains the front desk and bell staff. 2. Ensures courteous and professional guest service. 3. Supervises and coordinates daily front desk operations. Staff Supervision * Coordinate and supervise the work of front desk agents and bell staff. * Prepare work schedules and shifts. * Train staff on procedures and customer service. * Resolve team questions or issues. 2. Guest Service * Assist with **check-in and check-out** as needed. * Address guest complaints or special requests. * Guarantee courteous and professional service. * Manage room upgrades, courtesies, or compensations when applicable. 3. Front Desk Operations Control * Verify reservations and room availability. * Supervise proper use of the property management system (PMS). * Review daily occupancy, revenue, and departure reports. * Control keys, key cards, and documents. 4. Coordination with Other Departments * Communicate with **housekeeping** regarding room status. * Coordinate with maintenance on guest-reported issues. * Inform sales or management about occupancy levels or special situations. 5. Administrative Control * Review front desk cash drawer and daily transactions. * Validate payments, billing, and deposits. * Prepare reports for management. 6. Security and Protocols * Implement hotel policies. * Handle emergency situations or incidents. * Ensure compliance with safety and service standards. ✅ **Primary Objective:** Ensure the front desk operates in an organized manner and that guests receive excellent service from arrival through departure.
