At Grupo CDA, we seek an Industrial Engineer or a professional with a related background, focused on planning, financial control, and cross-functional management, responsible for integrating and coordinating infrastructure projects, procurement/supply chain, and regulatory compliance areas—ensuring operational continuity across business units. This position does not execute construction work; rather, it manages investment portfolios (CAPEX), controls operational spending (OPEX), aligns priorities, and ensures regulatory compliance—directly impacting operational profitability and sustainability. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Integrate and coordinate infrastructure, procurement, and regulatory compliance functions holistically, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Administer and control the consolidated budget (CAPEX and OPEX), ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources. * Evaluate, prioritize, and monitor infrastructure projects from a financial and strategic (non-operational) perspective. * Ensure efficiency in operational expenditures (OPEX) for maintenance, supplies, and services. * Ensure proper planning and supply of critical inputs to maintain operational continuity. * Guarantee compliance with applicable regulations regarding safety, infrastructure, and environmental matters. * Identify operational and financial risks, proposing preventive actions. * Consolidate financial and operational information to support decision-making. * Establish guidelines and criteria to avoid redundancies and optimize resources across departments. **REQUIREMENTS** * Industrial Engineering degree (mandatory) or related field with focus on management and control. * Minimum 8+ years of experience in cross-functional coordination roles integrating infrastructure, procurement, and/or regulatory compliance. * Proven experience in budgetary management and control for both CAPEX (investment projects) and OPEX (operations). * Experience in financial planning, cost analysis, and executive-level decision-making. * Experience in multi-site and/or corporate environments is desirable. **KEY COMPETENCIES** * Financial thinking and CAPEX/OPEX control * Cross-functional management and departmental integration * Operational planning and control * Data-driven decision-making * Management of operational and regulatory risks * Influence and coordination without direct execution.
