




Position Summary: Lead and coordinate vehicle fleet activities to ensure vehicle availability, maintenance, and safety, while optimizing allocation and utilization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination and supervision of the vehicle fleet. 2. Management of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. 3. Implementation of vehicle safety procedures. 1. University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Administration, or related fields. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. 3. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair. 4. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Lead and coordinate vehicle fleet activities to ensure vehicle availability, maintenance, and safety, as well as efficiency in vehicle allocation and utilization. 1. Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. 2. Ensure vehicle availability for various company departments. 3. Assign and schedule vehicle usage according to company needs. 4. Monitor and record fuel, lubricant, and other supply consumption. 5. Supervise and control vehicle entry and exit from the fleet. 6. Coordinate with the procurement department for vehicle, spare parts, and supply acquisition. 7. Maintain up-to-date vehicle records, including maintenance and repair history. 8. Implement and maintain vehicle fleet safety and emergency procedures. 9. Prepare periodic reports on the vehicle fleet status and propose improvements.
