Anodizados Santa María, a leading company in aluminum finishing, located in Santa María Tequepexpan is seeking Operations Manager **General Objective** To efficiently plan and manage the anodizing, painting, and sublimation plant, ensuring timely production aligned with quality standards. This includes minimizing waste, developing and strengthening personnel, securing raw material supply, maintaining infrastructure in optimal condition, and complying with regulations and good practices. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Master’s degree in Business Administration (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum 3 years in the aluminum industry. * Proven experience managing medium- or large-scale plants. **Technical Knowledge** * Production planning and management of manufacturing processes. * Supply chain management. * ERP system proficiency. * Aluminum production, anodizing, painting, and sublimation. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong, proactive leadership with effective decision-making ability. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. * Effective communication, negotiation, and collaborative teamwork. * Strategic planning, process optimization, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. * Problem-solving focus. * High sense of responsibility and commitment to continuous training.
