Operations Supervisor Supervise the daily operations of assigned retail outlets, ensuring compliance with service standards, supply availability, equipment functionality, administrative controls, and achievement of business targets through effective management of personnel and operational resources. Key Functions and Responsibilities:  Personnel Management:  Participate in the selection process for operational staff.  Conduct interviews and recommend candidate hiring.  Coordinate initial and ongoing training for store personnel.  Assign users and passwords for required operational systems.  Monitor attendance, incidents, vacations, and work schedules.  Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.  Operational Supervision:  Verify compliance with operational and quality standards at each retail outlet.  Conduct frequent visits to assess staff performance and identify areas for improvement.  Follow up on internal or external operational audits.  Supply and Inventory Control:  Manage orders for raw materials and supplies.  Ensure no supply shortages occur at retail outlets by verifying expiration dates, product rotation, and stock levels.  Coordinate with warehouse or procurement teams for efficient restocking.  Equipment and Infrastructure:  Verify proper functioning of equipment at each retail outlet.  Report malfunctions and manage spare parts orders.  Coordinate with technical teams regarding response and repair timelines.  Sales and Commercial Results:  Supervise operations to meet the monthly sales budget.  Identify variances and implement corrective actions.  Support commercial strategies to increase average transaction value and customer traffic. Desired Profile: Education: Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles within retail outlet operations; experience supervising teams. Technical Knowledge: Inventory control, basic equipment maintenance, attendance and incident tracking systems, administrative controls, sales reporting, and operational KPIs. Skills and Competencies: Operational leadership, planning and organization, assertive communication, results orientation and customer focus, problem solving, decision making, conflict management.
