**JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Opportunities for professional growth and development * A stable work environment **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitoring the recovery of Service Evidence. * Daily validation of Evidence on the Platform, by family or account. * Maintaining physical and digital records of monthly recovered Evidence lists. * Generating monthly deliverables reports required for Collections procedures. * Supporting customer follow-up and service regarding job vacancies and coverage time. * Assisting service personnel. * Daily tracking and recording of Incidents and time clock usage. * Assigning and registering staff in the service time clock system. * Recording petty cash expenses for Operations. **Responsibilities:** * Auditing and reviewing collected Evidence. * Confirming Evidence validation on the Platform. * Keeping Evidence and required reports up to date. * Reporting rejected Evidence to the Operations Department for proper correction. * Following up on rejected expense entries. * Maintaining proper physical organization of Evidence. * Submitting the monthly vacancies report. * Ensuring operational staff perform daily time clock check-ins. * Ensuring staff have correct identification data (ID or card) for time clock use. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position. * Experience with payroll systems (NOI or similar preferred). * Proficiency in Excel. * Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. **If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume through this channel!**
