Job Summary: Industrial equipment operator for sublimation, ensuring quality and productivity in the manufacturing of sportswear uniforms. Key Highlights: 1. Operate industrial machinery for sublimation (printing, pressing, or laser) 2. Perform visual inspection to detect product defects 3. Training in all three areas of the sublimation process Augusta Sportswear de México - Momentec Brands Work Mode: On-site Schedule: 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM Workdays: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (3 working days) Objective Operate industrial sublimation equipment to ensure quality, productivity, and compliance with production standards for sportswear uniforms destined for the U.S. market. General Responsibilities: - Operate assigned industrial machinery in one of the sublimation areas: Printing, Pressing, or Laser. - Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or deviations in the product. - Meet established productivity and efficiency targets. - Follow work procedures and quality standards. - Maintain a clean and organized workplace. - Report quality incidents, material issues, or equipment malfunctions. - Receive training and develop expertise across all three sublimation process areas.
