Responsibilities: Coordinate with store teams to ensure product availability. Analyze sales data and reports to make informed decisions. Promote new products and marketing campaigns. Identify and address the needs of retail customers. Requirements: Previous experience in supervision or management roles within the food industry. Knowledge of retail channel dynamics and sales analysis tools. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and coordinate with diverse teams. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Verify regulatory compliance aspects for Sales Agents under your supervision before route departure: personal appearance, vehicles, adherence to route entry/exit schedules, etc. Determine, communicate, and supervise that each Sales Agent addresses existing opportunity areas along their route.
