Job Summary: Organize, integrate, and control productive operations to ensure productivity and efficiency through quality processes and standards. Key Highlights: 1. Objective: Organize, integrate, and control operations across production areas, ensuring plant productivity and efficiency through processes and standards, such as quality policies. Responsibilities: • Plan and organize workflow processes. • Develop the production schedule. • Supervise and ensure the effectiveness of production processes. • Ensure training and development of operational staff and evaluate performance. • Manage and ensure supply of raw materials and finished products. • Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery and equipment. • Guarantee adherence to quality standards, policies, and objectives across the entire production process. • Ensure compliance with Safety and Hygiene regulations. • Optimize costs and manage the established budget.
