Job Summary: Coordinate and ensure the production schedule, guaranteeing efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery, by supervising personnel and collaborating with internal departments and international clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of daily production operations 2. Operational staff management and performance indicator tracking 3. Communication with international clients and continuous improvement Production Coordinator Merida, Yucatan On-site work mode Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Job Objective Coordinate and ensure compliance with the plant's production schedule, guaranteeing operational efficiency, product quality, and on-time delivery through supervision of operational staff and collaboration with various internal departments and international clients. Main Responsibilities - Coordinate and supervise daily production operations. - Ensure achievement of volume, quality, and delivery timeline targets. - Track production KPIs and generate progress reports. - Manage and supervise operational staff. - Coordinate operations with departments such as Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Planning. - Identify and promptly resolve operational issues. - Maintain constant communication with teams and clients in the United States for progress tracking and resolution of operational matters. - Participate in continuous improvement strategies and process optimization.
