Mexican company dedicated to the marketing of meat and meat products We are looking for your talent for our operations team, as: Operations Manager Requirements: * Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or Business Administration. A Master's degree in Logistics or Operations Management is preferred. * Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar managerial positions. Main responsibilities: * \-Monitoring warehouse indicators (inventory, turnover, FIFO, among other metrics) * \-Monitoring on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction (across various sales channels) * \-Monitoring internal issues * \-Continuous improvement across different areas * \-Implementation and monitoring of KPIs * \-Implementation of processes in warehousing and logistics departments * \-Control of cross-unit operations * \-Budget control Salary: * Salary negotiable, performance-based * Statutory benefits * Training * Commissions Job type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 \- $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company phone * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
