PCC Airfoils is a world-leading company dedicated to manufacturing specialized components for the aerospace and power generation industries. Due to growth, we are seeking a “CNC Engineer” for our Ceramics Plant in Mérida. The recruitment process is fully in-person. REQUIREMENTS: • Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering degree. (Mandatory, with official diploma) • At least 1 year of experience working with CNC equipment. • At least 1 year of experience interpreting dimensional drawings and using measuring tools. • Desirable knowledge of MasterCAM and G-code. • Intermediate English language proficiency (reading and writing) • Availability to work fixed afternoon shift. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Select machining strategies to reduce cycle times. • Optimize G-codes for part cutting. • Define cutting parameters: speeds, feeds, and depths of cut. • Create and maintain process sheets, setup sheets, and tool lists. • Collaborate with the Engineering Department to improve CNC manufacturing processes. • Perform maintenance, support, and monitoring of: CNC machines, CNC fixtures, CNC drills, CNC clamps/vises, etc. • Provide CNC-related training and instruction to operational staff and engineers from other departments (Engineering, Quality, Production, Maintenance).
