Profile Requirements • Education: Completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. • Experience: Preferred 3 years in supervisory roles, store leadership, luxury retail, or customer service. • Technical Skills: Knowledge of visual merchandising; proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel). • Competencies: o Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail. o Leadership and personnel management. o Results- and sales-oriented mindset. o Organizational ability and capacity to work under pressure. Responsibilities: 1. Visual Management and Merchandising • Planogram Implementation: Ensure products are displayed on shelves following brand guidelines. • Arrangement and Display: Supervise setup of special displays, gondola headers, and seasonal displays. • POP (Point of Purchase) Materials: Place and update advertising materials, posters, borders, and price tags in the branch. 2. Branch Image Maintenance • Cleaning and Order Supervision: Verify that the branch, products, and furniture are immaculate. • Corporate Element Care: Ensure logos, signage, lighting, and façades are in perfect condition and aligned with brand identity. • Damage Reporting: Identify and manage repairs of physical elements affecting image. 3. Institutional Image Compliance • Protocol Implementation: Ensure adherence to company style and merchandising guidelines. • Staff Supervision: Ensure branch employees comply with established dress code, uniform, and personal image standards. 4.
