In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and employees, resolving issues and offering support for computer systems and applications. Required Experience: 6 months to 2 years in similar positions (technical support, help desk, on-site or remote support). Basic experience in software installation, computer formatting, printer and network configuration. Technical Knowledge: Windows operating systems (Server, 10, 11) and basic knowledge of Linux. Remote support tools (AnyDesk). Microsoft Office suite. LAN/WiFi, printer, and peripheral device configuration. Hardware and software troubleshooting. Main Responsibilities: Respond to users’ technical requests (in-person or remote). Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment. Document incidents. Assemble network cables. Execute preventive maintenance plans. Compensation and Additional Benefits: Monthly salary of $10,000. Indefinite-term employment contract. Full-time schedule.
