Job Summary: Bellísima is seeking a Technical Support specialist to provide assistance and ensure the continuity of the company’s technological operations by resolving hardware, software, and connectivity incidents. Bellísima, a leader in the Cosmetics sector, is looking for your talent as a Technical Support specialist to join our team. Objective: Provide technical assistance to internal or external users to resolve incidents related to hardware, software, and connectivity, ensuring the continuity of the company’s technological operations. Technical Knowledge - Hardware: Repair and preventive maintenance of laptops, PCs, printers, and peripherals. - Software: Installation and configuration of Windows/macOS, Office 365 suite, ERP systems, antivirus software, and remote access tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer). - Networks: Basic LAN/WLAN network configuration, TCP/IP protocols, cable crimping, and router configuration. Main Responsibilities: - Diagnose and resolve technical issues across corporate offices and retail stores. - Install and update operating systems and applications broadly. - Manage inventory of technological assets (computing equipment and licenses). - Configure email accounts, corporate user accounts, network access, and telephone lines for new employees. - Document solutions and create user guides for frequently asked questions, among others. Professional Profile and Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computing, Informatics, or a related technical field. * Experience: 2 years in a similar position. Work Schedule and Location: Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts with 2 days off).
