Job Summary: We are seeking a Specialized Operator to prepare and deliver ingredients, control inventories, and maintain the warehouse in optimal conditions of order, cleanliness, and food safety, applying the FEFO system. Position Objective and Description: We seek a person who will help us prepare and deliver ingredients on time and in required quantities, applying weight controls and established processes, ensuring accurate physical and theoretical inventory control, and maintaining the warehouse in optimal conditions of order, cleanliness, and food safety, while also guaranteeing proper material rotation under the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system. Daily Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients within established timeframes. Prepare required quantities according to production needs. Apply weight controls during ingredient preparation. Deliver ingredients in accordance with established procedures. Verify physical inventory against theoretical inventory. Record and monitor potential inventory discrepancies. Maintain order in the materials warehouse. Ensure consistent cleanliness of the storage area. Guarantee food safety conditions during material handling. Apply the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation system. Supervise correct use and storage of materials.
