Opportunity to learn and grow without prior experience At Fantasías Miguel Campestre, we seek creative individuals who enjoy hands-on activities to join our Personalization department. You will play a key role in creating unique products, helping our customers bring their ideas to life. Location: Mérida Campestre Main Responsibilities: Customization of products and projects (printing, assembly, labeling, and finishing) Customer service and advisory support for their creative projects Ensuring quality and presentation of each assignment Maintaining a clean, orderly, and organized workspace Supporting multifunctional activities within the branch Requirements: Interest in creative and hands-on activities Willingness to learn and develop (no prior experience required) Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with two weekdays off Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 9:24 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., or until store closing, with two weekdays off We Offer: Weekly salary Weekly food vouchers Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits Savings fund Life insurance Transportation assistance Online medical services for the employee and up to three family members Employee discounts on company merchandise Vacation entitlement starting from the third month. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education years of experience
