Academic Background Active students pursuing the following majors are sought: Organizational Psychology Business Administration Industrial Engineering Human Resources Pedagogy Business Management or related field Technical Knowledge Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, and charts). Desirable knowledge in: Human Resources KPIs. Basic knowledge in: Presentation design (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva). Training and learning methodologies (desirable). Key Responsibilities Preparation and updating of periodic reports. Monitoring and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department. Support in planning, organizing, and delivering training sessions. Recording attendance, evaluations, and training evidence. General support in Human Development department projects and initiatives. Skills Clear verbal and written communication. Ease in public speaking and working with groups. Organization and attention to detail. Analytical ability and results orientation.
