We want to meet you! · Position available: Recruitment Coordinator -Location: On-site -Contract type: Full-time -Division: Human Resources · What are we looking for? -Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field (graduated or intern). -Minimum 2 years of experience in: Employment research / socioeconomic studies Recruitment and selection Reference verification Team leadership experience Knowledge of hiring processes and security screening. Advanced Excel proficiency required. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the employment research analyst team. Ensure compliance with policies and standards in validation processes. Monitor research processes timely and accurately per established procedures. Analyze research results and issue feasibility assessments. Identify potential risks in candidates and escalate critical cases. Maintain consistent communication with the recruitment and hiring department. Prepare departmental reports and metrics (response times, incidents, reliability, etc.). Propose improvements to validation processes and tools. Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of information.
