




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced chef or cook with knowledge of Yucatecan cuisine, agility in service, and familiarity with food hygiene standards, available to rotate shifts. Key Points: 1. Minimum 3 years of verifiable kitchen experience 2. Knowledge of kitchen areas (cold, hot, production, service line) 3. Proficiency in grilling, Yucatecan cuisine, and food hygiene standards Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience Availability to rotate weekly shifts (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) • Knowledge of kitchen areas: cold, hot, production, service line.
