Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective repairs on electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations, as well as general infrastructure maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities 2. Supervises and repairs infrastructure and furniture 3. Work Location: Downtown Mérida Requirements: - Completed secondary education - Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience - Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. IMPORTANT! - Availability to rotate shifts Duties: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations. - Inspect and repair lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and lighting systems. - Assist in maintaining air conditioning and ventilation equipment. - Supervise the condition of floors, walls, ceilings, and furniture in common areas. - Conduct routine inspections to identify failures, leaks, or unsafe conditions. - Report damages or anomalies to the maintenance supervisor or administration. - Control the use of assigned tools and materials. - Record activities in maintenance logs. - Perform drywall work.
