This is a **client\-facing, customer service\-driven** role that does not involve managing staff. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners, ensuring smooth operations and prompt issue resolution. **What You’ll Do** * Manage daily operations for a portfolio of residential rental properties. * Communicate effectively with tenants, property owners, contractors, and internal teams. * Respond promptly to emails, voicemails, and service requests. * Manage work orders in AppFolio; coordinate repairs with in\-house techs and third\-party vendors. * Approve maintenance invoices and ensure services are completed properly and on time. * Maintain low tenant delinquency and work within the owner’s budget. * Oversee the turn process for vacant units, including cleaning and maintenance. * Ensure compliance with local property codes and certifications (e.g., rental licenses, lead certs). * Handle lease renewals, move\-outs, and security deposit reimbursements. * Keep detailed records and stay organized across multiple tasks and systems. **What We’re Looking For** * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong communication and **exceptional customer service skills** * Ability to write professional emails and manage multiple tasks * Basic knowledge of residential maintenance issues * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook \& Excel) * Experience with AppFolio or other property management software is a plus * **Detail\-oriented, organized, and a proactive problem solver** * Comfortable working independently in a fast\-paced remote environment **Perks \& Benefits** * **$12 USD/hour** * **15 days of paid time off (PTO)** * 100% **remote work** — work from anywhere * A supportive and friendly team environment * Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Ready to join a team that values your work and supports your career growth?
