Job Description and Responsibilities * Personnel administration (onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, severance settlements, etc.) * Drafting employment contracts. * Preparing severance settlements. * Managing both physical and digital personnel files. * Supporting the Human Resources Coordinator in various administrative and operational tasks. * Personnel reporting and incident tracking. Knowledge of NOM-STPS standards and other regulations related to safety, hygiene, and environmental matters. * Management and oversight of Emergency Response Teams and the Safety and Hygiene Committee. * Willingness and ability to conduct field visits to collect documents from newly hired employees, including crew personnel. * Orderliness, cleanliness, responsibility, and a strong sense of urgency are essential requirements. Experience and Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Industrial Engineering. * Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (advanced level). * Working knowledge of Word and Excel. * Flexible availability for work hours. * Willingness and ability to travel outside the city. * Valid driver’s license. * Personal vehicle, Laser Visa. * Residency in Valle Mexicali, Baja California (preferred).
