Job Summary: We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant with experience in tax accounting, payroll, IMSS, SUA, INFONAVIT, and cost analysis for real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive role in tax and financial accounting 2. Management of tax filings, taxes, and bank reconciliations 3. Cost and budget analysis for real estate projects Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (mandatory) * Prior experience in a similar position, minimum 3 years * Import experience preferred * Knowledge of tax accounting, payroll, advanced Excel, IMSS, SUA, INFONAVIT. Tax filings and taxes. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monthly and annual tax filings. * Management of electronic invoicing and bank reconciliations. * Tax calculation and compliance with tax obligations before SAT. * Cost and budget analysis for real estate projects. * Trial balances * Accounting records * Payroll / IMSS\-INFONAVIT.
