




Job Summary: The Events Coordinator will be the creative force behind our cultural and social experiences, from weddings and private celebrations to themed events (such as Day of the Dead in Mucuyché). Main Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and manage events within the Hacienda. * Manage suppliers (decorations, music, catering, entertainment). * Ensure excellent end-to-end customer experience. * Develop customized budgets and proposals. * Innovate in creating unique cultural and tourist experiences. Desired Profile: * Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience organizing social/corporate events. * Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail. * Proactive attitude and ability to handle multiple projects.
