Job Summary: Make deposits, manage legal documents, follow up on procedures, and conduct home-based collections with negotiation and customer location activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage legal documents and external administrative procedures. 2. Conduct home-based collections and negotiate alternative payment options. 3. Explore alternatives for the effective location of customers. · Make bank/cheque deposits. · Deliver and collect legal documents at institutions such as the Public Registry, SAT (Tax Administration Service), banks, courts, notaries, customers, among others. · Follow up on official and external administrative procedures. · Conduct home-based collection for assigned accounts, complete physical and/or digital visit forms, and report the outcomes of collection activities. · Meet the daily established quota of home visits, as well as productivity targets. · Negotiate with customers by offering alternative payment options and possible solutions to help them regularize their credit. · Explore alternative scheduling and communication methods to locate customers, their family members, or third parties, thereby achieving a successful visit outcome. · Verify and obtain contact information that enables reaching customers. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper Secondary Education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: between 28 and 50 years Knowledge: Negotiation, Bank Deposits, Collection Management, Portfolio Recovery, Follow-up, Home Visits Driver's License: Class A Willingness to Travel: Yes People with Disabilities: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, sub-manager, responsible person, coordinator, collector, team leader, collection, payment, collection, domestic, household, home-based, domestic
