Prior experience in recruitment and managing employment platforms required Ensure timely coverage of operational vacancies through efficient recruitment processes aligned with business needs and company growth. **Responsibilities** * Publishing and tracking job openings on employment platforms (Indeed, social media, local job boards). * Attracting and screening candidates (operational profiles). * Initial contact and in-person and/or telephone interviews. * Candidate follow-up and basic recruitment reporting. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum **6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience** (call center or operational profiles preferred). * Proficiency with recruitment platforms (Indeed, Facebook mandatory). * Strong verbal communication skills, organizational ability, and results orientation. * Performance-based work under coverage targets.
