Excellent diction and interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers We are currently recruiting for an **Operations Supervisor** in the field of **Private Security**, requiring experience managing high-turnover teams, supervising **more than 200 personnel**, industry-specific experience, and familiarity with working under **performance targets and pressure**. The ideal candidate must be available for **full-time employment**, possess prior experience in service-oriented companies and problem resolution, hold at least **two years of academic or professional experience in this field**, regularly submit reports to superiors, demonstrate **excellent diction**, and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with both internal and external customers. You must possess a positive attitude, be proactive, capable of decision-making, skilled in personnel management, and adept at fostering and improving workplace morale; additionally, you should be receptive, empathetic, respectful, and attentive. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring tasks are performed effectively. * Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. * Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, formulating risk mitigation strategies. * Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to security violations or incidents. * Serve as liaison with law enforcement, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. * Train and educate security personnel on emergency response protocols and plans. * Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, producing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience in a security supervision role, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. * Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security will be highly valued. * Clean criminal record and ability to pass a thorough background check. * Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties such as standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.
