Leadership, teamwork, and results orientation Transportation Supervisor Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We seek a Transportation Supervisor responsible for coordinating and supervising daily operations, ensuring compliance with trip scheduling, as well as proper management of operational staff and vehicles. Requirements: Education: Completed high school Gender: No preference Minimum experience: 1–2 years in transportation, logistics, or related fields Availability for rotating 8-hour shifts Knowledge and Skills: Advanced computer equipment operation Leadership and staff development Teamwork and collaboration Results orientation Process adherence Focus on personnel management Integrity and technical credibility Responsibilities: Supervise operator working hours, breaks, and incidents Ensure compliance with trip scheduling Monitor operator expense reimbursements Coordinate vehicle release with the maintenance department Handle incidents occurring during trips Verify vehicle handover from maintenance Prepare, manage, and enforce administrative reports based on established criteria.
