Join our team as an Urban Development Site Resident! Do you have experience transforming large tracts of land into top-tier residential developments? We are looking for someone with strong character and technical vision to oversee infrastructure for our projects at the Santa Clara port. What sets us apart: We are a developer focused on lot sales. Our priority is high-quality urban development (roads, utilities, common areas), not residential building construction. · Education: Civil Engineering or related degree. · Flexible working hours. · Work location: Our developments are located near the Santa Clara port, close to Dzidzantun; our headquarters are in the Altabrisa area. · Proven job stability. · Problem-solving ability and practical thinking. · Required Experience: Minimum 2 years as a site resident on urban development projects, where project initiation involves land subdivision. General Responsibilities: · Site residency and construction supervision across all project phases. · Coordination of contractors and work crews. · Submission of weekly progress reports and construction updates. · Interpretation of drawings and monitoring of executive projects. · Preparation of estimates, generators, and volume control. · Interaction with suppliers, request for quotations, and comparative analysis.
