Security Manager

Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate security personnel, design security plans, control access, investigate incidents, and train staff on prevention. Key Points: 1. Leadership and personnel management in security. 2. Design and implementation of security protocols. 3. Team management and risk response capability. Supervise and coordinate security personnel (guards, watchmen, etc.). Design and implement security plans and protocols. Conduct facility inspection rounds. Control access for staff, visitors, and suppliers. Investigate incidents, thefts, damages, or risk situations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly incident reports. Coordinate emergency response actions (fires, evacuations, etc.). Train staff on security and prevention topics. Supervise proper use of security equipment (CCTV, alarms, radios, etc.). Maintain communication with authorities when necessary. Assess risks and propose improvements to security measures. Verify compliance with internal policies and security regulations. Monitor entry and exit logs. Manage shifts, schedules, and roles of security personnel. Job Requirements (optional): Minimum 2–3 years of experience in security. Knowledge of security protocols and civil protection. Leadership and personnel management skills. Ability to respond to risk situations.
