REQUIREMENTS: *Minimum 3 years of experience as an RUV Management Leader. *Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Habitat Design, or related technical field. *Knowledge of RUV / Housing Train, coordination with verification agencies, inventory management, planning, logistics, document/report preparation, engagement with federal, state, and municipal authorities and autonomous agencies, insurance, and quality policies. *Proficiency in AutoCAD, RUV platform, and intermediate Excel. *Leadership skills, organized, proactive, dynamic, and with a sense of urgency. *Valid driver's license.
