




Job Summary: Programmer and maintainer of ABB and Hans robotic systems, specialized in MIG welding, cycle optimization, and fault diagnosis. Key Highlights: 1. Robotic Programming and Configuration * ABB Systems: Advanced proficiency in RAPID programming language for developing complex logic and handling data structures. * Hans Systems: Experience in configuring and programming Hans robots (Elfin/Collaborative). * Path Generation: Ability to define precise Tool Center Points (TCPs) and trajectories using WIZARD and teaching methods (lead-through) or structured programming. * Calibration: Knowledge of tool calibration and user coordinate systems (WorkObjects). MIG Welding Specialization * Parameter Configuration: Fine-tuning of voltage, wire feed speed (flow), and shielding gas selection. * Point Programming: Definition of approach points, arc start points, constant welding points, and trajectory end points. * Quality Control: Identification and correction of common welding defects through cell parameter adjustment. Maintenance and Hardware * Preventive Maintenance: Execution of cleaning, greasing, wiring inspection, and operating system backup routines on ABB and Hans cell controllers. * Peripherals: Management of torch cleaning stations (remeros) and wire feeding systems. 3.
