Join a leading company in the transportation sector with presence across passenger routes, personnel services, and tourism. We seek a leader capable of managing large-scale operations and strengthening our regional positioning. Salary: $22,000 to $26,000 net monthly, based on experience (paid weekly) + immediate statutory benefits. Work Location: Merida, Yucatan. Requirements: Experience: 3–4 years in operational fleet/transportation management. Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering (in progress or completed). Skills: Intermediate Excel and Google Suite proficiency. Bonus: Valid driver's license. Schedule: Flexible availability (including weekends and/or night shifts). Responsibilities: Fleet Management and Control: Supervise overall vehicle condition and continuously coordinate maintenance and repairs with the workshop department. Operational Staff Supervision: Assign drivers, administer rest schedules, monitor attendance, and track performance.
