




Job Summary: Develop, analyze, and efficiently manage incident notifications, ensuring proper justification and follow-up to maintain order and harmonious coexistence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Resident assistance regarding notifications Efficiently develop, analyze, and manage the preparation and delivery of notifications arising from incidents within the residential complex, ensuring their proper justification in accordance with the internal regulations, as well as timely follow-up, thereby contributing to maintaining order, security, and healthy coexistence within the community. Education: Completed bachelor's degree, preferably in legal, administrative, security, or criminology fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year drafting formal documents. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (once per month). Responsibilities: - Drafting formal notifications related to violations of the internal regulations. - Sending notifications to residents via email. - Following up on compliance with issued notifications. - Assisting residents with questions or clarifications regarding issued notifications.
