Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst for a beverage company with experience in reconciliations, financial statements, and variance analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to propose improvements in internal control processes We require a FINANCIAL ANALYST for a beverage company: REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration - Mandatory experience in: Bank reconciliations, inventory management, preparation of financial statements, financial analysis, variance and budget deviation analysis, balance sheets, income statements. - Skills: Numerical aptitude, critical thinking, ability to detect variances, attention to detail, organization, and order. - Excel: Pivot tables, cross-referencing of data - ERP systems (SAP, SAE, Oracle) RESPONSIBILITIES: a) Prepare monthly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and supporting schedules). b) Perform reconciliations of accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P). c) Monitor discrepancies and clean up accounting balances. d) Analyze margins by product, category, and/or point of sale. e) Identify cost and profitability variances. f) Control and monitor inventory (physical vs. system). g) Participate in physical inventory counts and validation of discrepancies. h) Support monthly accounting closing. i) Generate financial and operational reports for management. j) Propose improvements in internal control processes. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM (fixed on-site mode) OFFERED: $22,000 gross ($19,000 net approx.)
