Main Responsibilities Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of a loan. Guarantee the correct implementation and execution of insurance, AFORE (retirement fund), and payroll strategies. Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. Make calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. REQUIREMENTS: Completed High School Diploma required. (Original certificate required) Strong verbal communication skills. Enthusiasm for customer interaction. Experience in customer service, general sales, or service provision. Goal- and objective-oriented. Integrity in performing duties.
