Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with an accounting background for a Mexican company with national and international presence, responsible for payroll calculation and various accounting and administrative functions. Mexican company with national presence and operations in the U.S., expanding and seeking a Payroll Specialist with an accounting profile. REQUIREMENTS: *Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. *Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. *Knowledge of payroll calculation, bank reconciliations, IMSS transactions, INFONAVIT transactions, ISR payment, and e-invoicing (Version 4.0). *Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, as well as SUA and IDSE systems, and the INFONAVIT website. *Experience with accounting software, electronic banking, and Microsoft Office suite. Skills: Responsible, organized, and enjoys interpersonal interactions (direct contact with staff). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Payroll calculation using accounting software. Staff attendance and leave incidents. Receipt and review of purchase invoices against delivery evidence for payment processing. Data entry of accounts payable into systems. Customer invoicing: mastery of tax regulations (Version 4.0). Administrative HR recordkeeping. Recording customer payments in the accounting system. Physical inventory control. Review and accounting recording of travel allowances. Bank reconciliations. ISR calculation. SUA, IDSE, INFONAVIT website. Staff interaction. WE OFFER: $13,200 net per month. Full statutory benefits.
