Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting/Administrative Assistant for a Mexican food company developing nutrition concepts, with experience in payroll calculation and invoicing 4.0. Responsible, organized, and enjoys direct interaction with staff Mexican food company dedicated to developing innovative nutrition concepts, seeking an ACCOUNTING/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of payroll calculation, bank reconciliations, IMSS transactions, ISR payment, and invoicing 4.0. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and portals SUA, IDSE, and Infonavit website. Experience with accounting software, electronic banking, and Microsoft Office. Excellent writing and spelling skills. Skills: responsible, organized, enjoys social interactions (direct contact with staff). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Payroll calculation using accounting software. Personnel incidents handling. Receiving and reviewing purchase invoices against delivery evidence for payment processing. Entering accounts payable into systems. Customer invoicing: mastery of tax regulations 4.0. Administrative HR resource management. Recording customer payments in the accounting system. Physical inventory control. Reviewing and recording accounting entries for travel allowances. Bank reconciliations. ISR calculation. SUA, IDSE, Infonavit website. Staff interaction. WE OFFER: $15,000 gross per month (weekly payment). Statutory benefits. Working days: Monday to Friday.
