Job Summary: Experienced cook responsible for food preparation, recipe adherence, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Expert preparation of various foods and adherence to recipes 2. Comprehensive inventory management and process optimization 3. Rigorous maintenance of hygiene and food safety Prepare foods (burgers, boneless chicken, fries, pasta, etc). Follow established recipes and procedures. Preparation (Mise en place): Marinate, season, cut, and prepare foods before and during service. Cleaning and Safety: Keep the grill, utensils, and work area clean and disinfected, complying with sanitary and safety regulations. Inventory Management: Verify stock levels, receive supplies, and report shortages or losses. Teamwork: Coordinate with other staff to ensure timely delivery of all ordered dishes. Plating Maintain food safety and sanitation standards. Receive and store raw materials according to the system. Ensure the highest levels of quality and hygiene in food preparation. Conduct inventories Follow cleaning procedures during opening, service, and shift closing. Participate in deep cleaning of assigned area. Always monitor the assigned service area. Promptly report any issues detected that may compromise product quality, team safety, or work tools. Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing supplies.
