Job Summary: Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate receiving, storage, picking, and delivery operations; lead the team; and ensure proper inventory storage and control. Key Highlights: 1. Warehouse Supervisor Requirements: - Technical degree, high school diploma, or incomplete bachelor's degree - Flexible working hours - Female candidates only Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise receiving, storage, picking, loading, and delivery of balanced feed. - Lead the team of loaders and drivers, ensuring adherence to schedules, routes, and assigned tasks. - Verify proper product storage in compliance with rotation standards (FIFO) and preservation conditions. - Organize and supervise physical inventories, reporting discrepancies or incidents. - Generate reports on product inflows and outflows. - Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. - Resolve unexpected issues related to transportation, deliveries, or personnel incidents. - Promote a disciplined, respectful, and results-oriented work environment.
