Paid training **Are you an Industrial Paramedic seeking additional income?** Join our team to provide temporary coverage at a cement plant located in Umán, Yucatán. This is an occasional opportunity (not a full-time position), ideal for supplementing income, with shifts assigned based on service requirements—primarily weekends and holidays—with payment per worked shift. **Requirements:** * Paramedic certified as TUM or TAMP * Valid BLS and PHTLS certifications * Verifiable industrial experience * Availability to cover occasional shifts (especially weekends and holidays) **Prior to Starting:** * Medical examination covered by the company * Mandatory and paid on-site training within the plant * Signing of a temporary paramedic contract. **Position Conditions:** * On-demand shift coverage, with daily payment upon completion of coverage * Rotating 8-hour shifts during weekdays (15:00–23:00 and 23:00–07:00) * Overtime, holiday, and Sunday premium pay provided in accordance with applicable labor law; social security coverage during actual working days **Compensation:** * $626.38 net per 8-hour shift * Holiday pay, overtime pay, and Sunday premium pay in compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) If you wish to collaborate sporadically and join our database for future coverage opportunities, apply now and become part of our team.
