Position Summary: Hospitales Star Médica seeks a Maintenance Head to lead and optimize maintenance programs, manage resources, and ensure operational efficiency in a hospital setting. We invite you to join our qualified team at Hospital Star Médica Mérida as: · MAINTENANCE HEAD · REQUIREMENTS: Education: Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree (degree certificate and professional license). Experience: 5 years in the hospitality or healthcare industry. Schedule availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturday, 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. Knowledge of civil protection regulations. Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement the maintenance program (preventive, predictive, and corrective), establish supply strategies for materials and equipment required to guarantee execution of the work plan; optimize human, material, and financial resources to achieve objectives. Conduct regular inspections of hospital facilities to identify improvement opportunities and track corrective actions. Develop and execute the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Plan (PPC) as scheduled, using standardized control forms. Manage departmental budgetary control and project tracking. Oversee remodeling projects. Obtain quotations and prepare budgets for supplies or services needed to maintain facilities. Operate, understand, and manage comprehensive maintenance of refrigeration systems and air conditioning systems: chillers, cooling towers, direct expansion systems, AHUs, and chilled water systems. Operate, understand, and manage maintenance of substations, disconnect switches, transformers, main circuit breakers, and disconnectors. Operate, understand, and manage maintenance of emergency power plants, transfer systems, test starts, and physical inspections of diesel engines. Operate, understand, and manage maintenance of fire pump systems powered by electric motors and internal combustion engines, as well as fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, and manual pull stations. · WE OFFER: Statutory benefits.
