Description

Job Summary: Responsible for executing and auditing the warehouse inventory program, ensuring counting accuracy, and managing near-expiry and damaged goods. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the warehouse inventory program. 2. Conducts warehouse audits and generates findings reports. 3. Ensures proper classification of shrinkage for analysis and corrective actions. Carry out the assigned warehouse inventory program in accordance with company requirements, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Perform the annual comprehensive warehouse inventory at the assigned company warehouse, based on an established inventory schedule. Conduct daily cyclic and random inventory counts based on an established inventory schedule, submitting discrepancy reports where applicable. Reconcile inventory overages and shortages resulting from internal warehouse staff counts to ensure counting accuracy and implementation of corrective actions. Conduct warehouse audits by completing the established audit checklist and generating a final findings report. Coordinate with the warehouse supervisor to ensure near-expiry and damaged goods are properly segregated for prompt disposition, and maintain records for tracking. Maintain appropriate records during warehouse inventory activities, classifying shrinkage causes for analysis and action by the immediate supervisor. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education 1 year of experience Age: between 20 and 30 years Knowledge: Inventory management, Reporting
