The role involves supervising proper dish preparation and presentation, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting the Executive Chef in team management and ingredient control. Key Responsibilities: Supervise food preparation and presentation according to established standards. Coordinate the kitchen team during service to ensure timeliness and quality. Assist in production planning and inventory control. Verify compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Train and develop kitchen staff. Act as substitute for the Executive Chef in their absence. Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce waste. Monitor appropriate use of ingredients and production costs. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position. Professional culinary knowledge and experience in hot/cold kitchen operations. Leadership and team management skills.
