




Job Summary: We are seeking a sales teleoperator in León to contact customers, analyze their energy situation, propose advantageous offers, and retain customers using management programs. Customer retention and use of management programs We are looking for a person to work as a sales teleoperator in León. Your main task will be to call existing customers to understand their situation and how they evaluate their current energy service. You will need to analyze the type of contract they have and propose an offer that is more advantageous for them, improving their terms. You will also use management programs to record data and handle customer information, as well as work on customer retention. This is a part-time position, with 25 weekly hours scheduled from Monday to Friday during afternoon shifts. Statutory rest periods will be respected. * Prior experience in a similar or identical role is desirable. * We seek a dynamic and versatile individual. * Living near the workplace is advantageous. * Availability to start on March 16, 2026\. * Company-provided selective training available over 4 days, scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Completed ESO or equivalent.
