Job Summary: We are seeking a General Assistant to join our team, performing maintenance and cleaning tasks for a leading company in extended-stay accommodations. Key Highlights: 1. Join our team as: General Assistant You only need to have: Completed secondary education, with documentation Experience or knowledge in maintenance or cleaning across any industry. We offer: Gross monthly salary of $9,450.00 MXN plus bonuses. Weekly payment (Tuesdays). Transportation bonus of $200 MXN per week. Working hours: Mon–Sun (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). Rotating days off. Responsibilities: * Rectify maintenance anomalies. * Conduct daily inspections throughout the property to verify proper operation, safety, * appearance, and cleanliness of equipment, tools, or areas. * Remove trash from the property (from guest-traffic-minimized zones) and transport it to the * designated external containers as appropriate. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization of assigned common areas, as well as supplies located within those areas.
